1. Service Terms

SPEEDGAS is an online gas delivery service. By using this service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Order Process

• After placing an order, your order will be processed by our system.
• Delivery time is approximate and will be delivered within 1-2 hours or at the selected date/time.
• The driver will contact you 30 minutes before arrival.
• After placing an order, an SMS confirmation will be sent with the order number.

3. Payment

Currently, our service only accepts Cash on Delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Goods will only be delivered after the driver receives the payment.

4. Pricing and Fees

• Prices vary based on gas brand, size, and city.
• Delivery fee will be added to the order.
• If installation is required, an additional installation fee will be charged.
• Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time of order will be charged.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is only available to areas where our service is provided.
• Delivery address must be provided accurately.
• If unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be rescheduled.
• Delivery time may be affected by traffic conditions and weather conditions.

6. Order Cancellation

After placing an order, cancellation is only possible if the order is in "pending" status. If the order is in "assigned" or "on_the_way" status, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, please contact our support team.

7. Liability

SPEEDGAS is not responsible for the quality of gas cylinders or the manufacturer's responsibility. Gas cylinders must be used safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be kept secure and used in accordance with our privacy policy. Your information will not be sold to third parties.
